Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase and are subject to availability.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Advance booking may be required for experiences, treatments, stays, dining, events, or services. Date and time selections are confirmed only after redemption has been accepted.

The company reserves the right to verify voucher ownership, refuse invalid or previously redeemed vouchers, and update service availability where necessary.
