Format: A digital PDF featuring a unique redemption code and your custom gift message. Best for: Last-minute gifts or those who prefer to keep their vouchers on their smartphone. Physical Gift Card (£2.95): Delivery Time: Dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 2–3 working days for arrival. Format: A high-quality printed card presented in a sleek, branded gift envelope. Best for: Presenting a tangible gift at birthdays, weddings, or corporate events. 2. Dispatch Schedule Monday – Friday: Physical orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Weekends & Bank Holidays: Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next available working day. Digital Vouchers: These are automated and sent 24/7, 365 days a year. 3. 1. Reservations & Redemption Booking: While walk-ins are welcome in the Bar, we strongly recommend making a table reservation for the Restaurant in advance. Please mention your voucher at the time of booking. Voucher Presentation: A digital or physical copy of the voucher must be presented to your server upon arrival or when requesting the bill. Applicability: Vouchers can be used towards food, beverages, and the discretionary service charge, unless otherwise stated on the voucher (e.g., "Food Only"). 2. Validity & Value Expiry Date: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is final and cannot be extended. Monetary Balance: If your total bill is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use until the expiry date. No cash change or refunds will be given for unused balances. Non-Exchangeable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and they are non-refundable once purchased. 3. Cancellation Policy Table Cancellations: For reservations made using a voucher, our standard restaurant cancellation policy applies. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-Shows: In the event of a "No-Show" for a pre-booked set menu experience (such as a Tasting Menu), we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee from the voucher value or void the voucher entirely. 4. Alcohol & Licensing Age Verification: In accordance with the Licensing Act, we operate a "Challenge 25" policy. Vouchers used for the purchase of alcohol may only be redeemed by persons aged 18 or over. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated, regardless of voucher status. 5. Restrictions & Blackout Dates Promotions: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, happy hours, or discounted set menus unless explicitly stated. Special Events: Vouchers may not be redeemable on key dates including Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or Valentine’s Day. Please check with the venue before booking for these dates. Service Charge: A discretionary service charge (typically 12.5%) will be added to the final bill. The voucher can be used to cover this cost. 6.
