Spa & Wellness Terms & Conditions 1. Appointments All appointments should be booked in advance to secure your preferred treatment time. Walk-ins are subject to availability. 2. Arrival Time Clients are requested to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time without a reduction in price. 3. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount. 4. Payments Full payment is required upon completion of treatment unless prepaid. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payment methods. 5. Health & Medical Conditions Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns prior to treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable depending on medical history. 6. Pregnancy Treatments Pregnancy treatments are available only after the first trimester and may require medical approval. 7. Personal Belongings The spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times. 8. Treatment Suitability Management reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client’s health or wellbeing. 9. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates apply unless otherwise stated. 10. Memberships & Packages Memberships and treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused treatments may expire after the stated validity period. 11. Spa Etiquette To maintain a peaceful environment: Mobile phones should be kept on silent. Respect other guests’ privacy and relaxation. Appropriate behaviour is expected at all times. 12. Age Restrictions Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require consent before treatment. 13. Refund Policy Services already completed are non-refundable. Retail products may only be returned unopened and within 14 days with proof of purchase. 14. Liability All treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk. The spa accepts no liability for adverse reactions where medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed. 15. Right to Amend Prices, services, and policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.
